      • Admin has full control over global site configurations.

      • Add / edit / delete jobs, HR staff, employees, job seekers and job categories.

      • Access to jobseeker and HR staff control panel.

      • Site administrators have control over what is displayed in nearly all dropdown lists and list
        boxes throughout the site i.e.: "Functions", "Countries", "Search Categories", "Languages",
        "Citizenship ","Salary range ","Experience ", etc.

      • Search Jobseekers, H.R staff and Employees on the basis of Keyword, name, Email-
        address, Country, Industry sector etc.

      • Newsletter - broadcast emails to job seekers and/or employees that signed up for the
        mailing list.

      • Set up multiple memberships for H.R staff with varying time periods and access levels or          number of units available (ie: 10 job postings).

      • Apply Restrictions on Job Posting, Resume Search, Contact Info, Applicant Screening,
        Company  Profile.

      • Ability to Change the Number of Days Job Postings Will Run and the Number of Days for         Resume Search Access.

      • Send a status report to company.

      • Manage Featured Jobs Showcase.

      • View reports on all Activity Reports such as Job Seeker and Employees new accounts,
        number of emails sent out by Job Seekers and Employees, job clickthroughs,
        applications, job category searches, keyword searches, job location searches and job
        status searches.

      • View reports on total system sales, jobs, jobseekers, recruiters and order history data         ,invoices sent out on monthly/yearly basis.

      • Admin has the option of printing full list of job seekers and employees in the database
        along with their contact information.

      • Admin has the ability to export nearly all account information for both job seekers and         employees.
